Prismacolor? Is that a brand special kind of set that people can buy? I've been looking for a really good colouring pencil set lately.

Yeah its an art brand. They have all kinds of stuff but i used the black colored pencil. Not sure if you guys have a lot of art stores down there but i know here you can buy separate colored pencils for a couple bucks, or you can order them online for a set.
