Description
Once a year, there comes a night,
When demons sate their appetite.
When good must fall, and bow to hate,
And lusts of evil turn innate.
When Satan lets his monsters loose,
And lets them redefine abuse.
When crucifixes wane inept,
And falter to the devil's sept.
Under guise of candy treats,
Pillow cases filled with sweets.
Kids immersed in make-believe,
And all this falls on Hallow's Eve.
Evil with a charming guise,
Replacing honesty with lies.
Replacing charity with greed,
With selfish lust in every deed.
Making God a simple jest,
Burning all that's labeled blessed.
Setting every church ablaze,
Grin as holiness decays.
All while hiding under masks,
To carry out the devil's tasks.
Disguised as good, but will deceive,
And all this falls on Hallow's Eve.
Haunted houses duplicate
The Satanistic legislate.
Jack-O-Lanterns shining bright,
Kids rejoiced in playful fright.
See how perfect evil hides
In simple sight, where good resides?
Hiding in the crowds of joy,
Stalking, ready to destroy.
So go on, have your trick-or-treats.
Costumed children fill the streets.
But be warned, observe the scene,
And have a happy Halloween. 🎃
