A scrappy mech with plenty to prove, Clawback came from an underprivileged background living at the outskirts of city, always spending his time in the Cybertronian Outdoors. He made his living giving out tours while doing his best to get an education. When the war started and his college turned to rubble thanks to a Decepticon bombing raid, he joined up with the Autobots as a scout to help bring peace back and get revenge on the Decepticons. Despite his sympathetic motives, his headstrong attitude and defiant personally ends up with him constantly getting into rows with his superiors and being assigned to undesirable duties that only worsens his abrasive personality.
