Very cute and very well done. She strikes me as an adventurous type...Like she could be very sweet ut a real spitfire as well...SweetTart maybe? Either that or Spiced Sugar...something that has a little bit of both sides. The pink and blue hints to the contradiction as well.

Definally something dealing with some surgery delight, or love, or something sweet and soulful, something to complement both the cutie mark and that lovely shade of pink, i really have to give you props on that pink. Sweete Heart perhaps?
