Flash is no joke. He has more than speed on his side lol. More than likely this battle will turn into a battle of attrition. Hulk is strong but will never touch flash. And flash has some strong attacks. But hulk can eat nearly all of them. Flash would probably tire Hulk out and then attack him while he is weak and tired.
I mean thats if Flash doesn't run back in time and stop Hulk from ever existing in the first place. Creating another Flashpoint in the marvel universe (I'm joking btw lol)

Ooh, this might be interesting. Might as well give my prediction.
If I'm correct on my Marvel and DC knowledge, I believe Hulk should be stronger physically, but, that being the only advantage he has going. The Flash blitzes extremely hard, sure he might be not as tough, but he can practically avoid anything Hulk throws, to the point where he'd be tired out. And let's not forget the massive haxes Flash has, rendering Hulk's durability practically useless.
Nonetheless, this is a very interesting concept that I believe you'll do justice.
