The english voice fits it better imo. Ragnas english VA could do some really good impression when Ragnas gets pissed off.

Overall I imagined the following scene:

After a hard fought battle both fighters catch their breath for the moment. Because Ragna did something that made Ruby mad (like defeating her friends before or during the fight) and after a short conversation about heroes and mercy shortly before the scene, Ruby recovers first and kicks Ragna with a Semblance enhanced kick into a nearby boulder. While the Grim Reaper struggles shortly to get back to his feet Ruby asks in a low voice with a threateing tone "You think this is the face of mercy?" Ragna having enough changes his sword into scythe mode and is covered in darkness. In typical Ragna voice he yells "You think this is the face of mercy?" (maybe with a little smugness).

That image in my head of Ragna "screaming down" on Ruby while showing a much more threatening appearance than the girl gave me the laugh.
