Edit: just made a more pleasing watermark than the crazy splash DA one. lolThe young Ambassador from the district of the Panadrome people, who have affectionately named her the "Panadrome Symphony" for her quiet but captivating composure... for her authority but grace when under fire. She is the purest symphony of the people.
Again, just more ideas for the council and conference members in the floating city chapters. I drew this for ~theanimejump intending to make a character design that would inspire her a bit again. I'm not sure if the Ambassador will be making much of an appearance, if any, in the manga , but I'm pushing for her to make a good cameo! ;D fuuu fuu!
As for the drawing itself, boy am I a pleased little orange guppy! 83 This has to be my favorite drawing yet! (well, don't quote me on that just yet, of course). But I hope you're all happy that I finally shaded something for you. XD I know a few of you were more than eager to see that. pfft. It feels mighty good to get some good fantasy design flowing through my veins again!

yes, good for you. I tried to hint at a theme here. The 'wings' are supposed to subliminally imply fur, to a certain extent and add to the animal illusion, as she clearly is not an animal even with the additions. ;D

You're right, of course. A subtle expression is still an expression. I find that it has a lot to do with how the eyebrows are treated. On most of my drawings I spend, literally, 1/4 of my time just working on the eyebrows.
