Not first. Admittedly, I only recently started, but as they aren’t typically in the same stories, they don’t usually even meet.
Mine is an AU where almost all the characters exist at the same time, with some exceptions. So the game isn’t flooded with characters fulfilling the same role, I combine some characters.
My Blues is a combo of the red characters from various games and adaptations (himself, Zero, Barret, Protoman.exe, and himself from Ruby Spears, to be exact.) Ciel is my favorite of the available love interests for these characters, so she’s the one who I currently have end up with Blues.
That said, she’s got her own story, too, and not an easy one...
