I really only have one question how the fuck did the water do anything at all its makes no bloody fucking sence at all. for crist sikes he had lightening rod as anm ability electricity does nothing to the thing even through a differnt carrier so through . the whole fucking thing as heart warming as it is makes no fucking sence

You did come across as a bit rude but it's OK. I basically just decided that the way lightning rod works, at least for Manectric, is that their crest redirects and absorbs electricity in the air, however it can't do that when the whole body is soaked and it's coming through the water.

I'm currently doing my own Nuzlocke (no comic/story posting, just for fun), and I found a fun tidbit.
You know the DexNav? Not only can you use it to decide what Pokemon you get, but you can HUNT FOR LUCKY EGGS! Seriously, you just need Thief, Surf, and Route 109. Keep on hunting for Pelliper; they sometimes hold Lucky Eggs. This is going to make preparing for the electric gym so much easier since I don't have a Ground-type yet...
