This is a stunning portrait!! There is so much here that I don't know where to begin. What strikes me most is how it looks like a split second captured in time. She's brushing her hair away, without even thinking about it, and looks beautiful doing so. It's that moment that when you see it, you wish you had your camera to capture it. Well you caught it perfectly.
And that's just the aesthetics. The concept is heartbreaking. She looks distrustful and hurt. Even if you hadn't written it in your description, I think that I would have guessed that she's asking that question.
You're so beautiful.. and so is your work. The heartbreak that I see makes me sad, but makes it all better is the strength that I see underlining everything.
