I really love Gravity Falls. I can say that without any hesitation. It's probably my favorite cartoon to date. So, to start off what may be a long string of fanart, here's Bill Cipher! XD It's often hard to hear yourself as somebody else because you're listening mostly to your inner voice, and that's why somebody hears you as somebody else but you can't, and vice versa.

Yeah, leave it to me to work in a Portal reference in a Gravity Falls artwork. It's funny because some of GLaDOS's and Bill's dialogue could be easily switched around. Heck, they both have the "you monster" line.
