This is really nice, I love the texture on the rock.. kinda looks tasty :S
I like the army, its just a nice little touch to show the scale.

Actually I'd say maybe the clouds in the mid ground could have a little more texture in them..

Its hard to see them. I noticed them only after spending the time to study the scene. Maybe try to place them on the other side of the painting. Since the slopes of the mountains angle from that corner to the top corner. Perhaps this may help bring the army into the scene, since you can see the path they may take to travel up and over the mountain.
One more thing you could do is add to the bottom of the scene, which could allow you to add more ground below the mountain and help give the mountain peaks a grander scale. While providing more space to establish your foreground army.
The lighting is great and I like the purple fog, which gives it more atmosphere. Maybe paint in a layer mask to add some random opacity.
