Not being critical or anything, but for you're first excercise I'd say you're off to a decent start. There are a few minor problems, but with practise they'll work themselves out just nicely.
Here's a tip, determine from what direction your light source is and place an small arrow on the side of your page, indicating direction. This will help you determine how the shadows will interact with the light. A little more advanced tip, determine how each object will interact within the space and each other and decide how the light and shadow will effect each other.
