it's still open! ^q^ basically you just send a color palette, pattern, theme, etc. and i'll make a custom adoptable from it (using the above base). you can also ask for particular things to add to it, such as a particular hairstyle or piece of clothing. if you're unhappy with the result, you jst say so and i'd fix it or redesign. and that's basically it! uvu
