Oh my Luna...
You did it... YOU DID IT!!!!! I remember when you asked me for a suggestion and I just had to suggest that one artwork that is very special for me and definitely among my favorite works ever.
This is... what you did is... utterly wonderful, and magical. Magical for real. Not only because of the incredibly powerful emotions it gives me, but because this now feels EVEN MORE like "a window to Equestria"... The original artwork was just so well drawn and gorgeous that it really felt like so as I was gazing at Luna, but you took it to the next level. With this animation, Luna feels more real than ever, and I could really believe that I'm actually seeing the real Luna when gazing at this. That's the power of art and Passion... it can create such deep and strong beliefs that ponies may exist, from the emotions from the sight of a heavenly piece of art. It's no wonder I have grown a spirituality from all those experience, and really believe something like that could be possible.
For some reason I fell behind in your works (I wonder where those notifications went!) so I'm only seeing this now. I remembered about checking your page yesterday night. And I just have to tell you, but the most incredible coincidence happened. Tonight (before I saw this animation)... I had a lucid dream.
And I saw Luna in it.
In the dream, I felt exactly what I'd have felt in real life if I were to see Luna for real. That "out of this world" feeling, integrating a supernatural event into common sense, etc. Well I won't go on with this (unless you're interested).
Anyway...
Sigh. How could I express what I truly feel for this anyway? The amount of gratitude I feel for you making this? I can't. It's beyond words.
And even if I were to meet you and try to express my gratitude in person I would tear up for sure so it probably wouldn't make much sense anyway... I'm already so emotional right now writing this...

Maybe let those emotions convey my gratitude and appreciation, if that can work :)

I love the way her mane moves but would recommend reducing the jiggle of the reflections in Luna's eyes - bit distracting. Perhaps slower moving at more intervals. Otherwise, well animated indeed /)
