My entry for the equine-tendency contest. Three young bachelor stallions play fighting. Done in pastel pencils.

Awesome drawing. You did a good job coloring it. But the withers of the one to the left looks weird for some reason, I think it is the mane but not sure. Kudos.

It could be the mane that makes it looks weird, but since both the body and the mane are dark it is hard to tell. Good luck on the contest.

Very nice... they look pretty good. The horse in the back, the more orangy one, seems to have a thinner chest than what I think is the norm (now that I look closer, it's like his body shrivled up after the neck... O.o) but the details, especially in the faces and muscles is amazing. ^_^

They're gorgeous! I really like the look of the medium, and the shadows being cast on the middle colt. The anatomy of the two on the outside is so perfect: they're really beautiful, especially the rearing one - love him
