I know its a bit late but I don't even care im just so glad this page is out now!!! Ive been waiting for this shit for awhile,,,, god I love slowpoke well. So yeah!! things are going great right??? right

Author Notes:
-Yeah Budd took a different turn than the sibs did and they just missed each other completely
-I have no idea how to shade in caves aaaaa
-daies is using evimancy to be invisible, if that wasn't clear. While evimancy doesn't have very many uses outside of battling, certain gijinka (typically ghost types) can do fancy stuff like this!!
-yeah, I know bax & budd are tough and all but these are a) criminals and b) there's a lot of them
-wonder what....daies is taking pictures of....huh
-btw that's supposed to be like an adapted pokegear! i'll talk more on it later maybe? since phones are Also a thing in this comic and there IS a difference
-the tapping is footstep sounds I swear,,, she's running real fast
-yes I am aware my background got super lazy here, I have priorities and its more fun to just scribble bgs and focus on the character lineart instead so that's what im doing
-since having a literal shellder attached to one's tail seems inconvenient, I changed slowbro to have sort of a shell-like growth on their tail with markings that resemble eyes :0
-not the best pacing I know, I was just trying to get a lot done in this one page
-i've waited so long!! to draw baxter in a t shirt!!!! you have no idea!!!!!!

Omg so I finaaaalllly have the time to comment!
And omg this page. I love everything about it! The tension, the fact Baxter and Budd are captured and Budd being poisoned on top of that. Really made me worry Budd was in serious trouble.
Seeing other gijinkas, not just slowpokes also was a fun touch I loved. How you portrayed the slowpoke well situation makes it more realistic based on the gijinka part of the run.
And Baxter helping that zubat and ending up killing a person gosh dang but he be keeping on going cause we got bigger problems, every beat works and the reaction Baxter has to all of this was very A + yes I love.

I might sound a bit like a broken record saying that this is such a good page but!!! I'm not wrong!!!! I love the lighting and extra character designs and the INTRIGUE. gotta know what Taylor's team is up to!!! if they're not working for rocket, who are they working for and what are their goals and motives?!???

So I caught up to this and commented on the forums but you went and posted a new page and I'm gonna comment here bc it seems you reply more reliably here than on the nuzlocke forums.
Firstly, something I meant to say but didn't in my previous comment, is just how dang impressive your improvement was from the first page to here. The writing, the art, the composition, the action, all of it has improved leaps and bounds! And I'm sure you only have further to go, and I am excited to watch that progress.
Secondly, I can't believe you're making me sympathetic for a rattata but Budd had better be ok by the end of this. I don't trust that poison one bit and I am double concern now. ;m;
