What a wonderful piece if art! I really enjoy the detail you put into the shading and hair.

As I already said I really enjoy your shading, it's different from what I usually see and that makes it really special to me. I think it would pop out even more by using different colours to shade, a more blue-ish colour on the green and maybe a bit more blue or red in the hair, depending on how cold or warm you want the shading to be :3
Or how the lighting is. Play around with colours and have fun with it! ^^
Another thing I noticed was that the lineart on the hair is really detailed and beautiful, but a bit dark for the light colour of his hair, maybe a lighter colour would look a bit nicer, just like on the right side bottom part of it where it is a bit lighten up.
The last thing I could give you a tip on are the clouds. I'm still practicing clouds aswell so I understand how hard it can be to draw them. Also I don't know if you intended them to look solid, but if you would like a softer look for clouds I can reccommend you to use a soft brush. If you use SAI for your artworks I can recommend you a brish called Nebula, I use it for stars and clouds since it really has a nice texture

I worked on the settings a bit to make it more comfortable to use for me, but it's a really nice brush tho :3
Apart of these three things the artwork is just awesome and I really like how you drew the lineart, might be because I'm a sucker for clean linearts =v= and ofcourse your shading that is just different from everything I saw so far *v*

I'm currently coloring a lineart I did and tried adding different colors but it's coming out a bit weird ;_; I guess I have to practice more xD
That is true too about the hair! I thought it was a bit odd for one of my earlier works... that's what it was! Thanks for pointing it out
For the clouds, I can't really draw the realistic kind so I purposely drew them solid like that this time :3 But still, thanks for the reference to the brush! I will look into that ^^

Yeah it's true using different colours looks odd at the beginning but you soon will get the right thing and then it will be a big colourful party everytime you draw! At least if you want to XD

Great work! I'm also from Get Gud and I do agree that there is very little to critique here save confusing fabric folds but try not to forget the sternum when showcasing the Pecs Having them meet end to end looks a little unnatural. Other than that though great work and I hope to see more!

First of all, this is gorgeous! You put so much effort into your linework + colour, and it looks amazing. I also like the soft expression on the character's face and the detail you put into his hair.
If you wanted to improve your future artworks, maybe you could make it a little less bright? It's very cheerful, but some parts are so white they're difficult to look at. Maybe check out this simple tutorial about making more harmonious colours? I hope you'll find it useful: fav.me/d71p7c2

How long have you been practice on the lineart? I'm still finding solution to make my lineart more clean but I can't.
Yeah, at the Season 1 ending, he's appear for talking about some story for out-coming Season 2. At first I was expect he as a she when looking at his appearance, after he speak about Season 2 with his manly/cute voice, I was like "WHAT?!" and then "Nevermind, he's still cute anyways."

I agree with your comment about the lighting! I have trouble with trying to get it right So I'm happy to hear that it actually looks good to you! 
This is how I did it: I added brush strokes using the airbrush tool with the layer set to luminosity! To the places where light would hit or where I wanted it to look shiny :3
For the lineart ... Hmm, I have been drawing for a while
But I think I started to be more serious when I joined DA which is about 4 months! I wanted to make it look decent to show to everyone (the hair took me forever btw ;_; the lineart takes so long to do...) Your drawings are great too! You have a great sense of perspective!!
