Okay so!
I hope this is what you were looking for WaterMonkey ! You wanted her to look a little more rugged as you said so I tried my best to do that!
There aren't any major changes as I personally thought her clothing and hair were really cool as they were also you didn't ask me to change that haha :'D, but I did give her a few things to add some more flair!
I gave her some nail polish and make-up, as well as tattoos under her eyes to match the ones on her body. I also gave her a bit darker skin, nothing drastic obviously, just a shade or 2 darker. It seemed to me that it added to the mysterious/rouge-ishness you asked for! I apologize if that was to much though! D :
Finally, I changed her eye shape to be more angular to give her a more intriguing but still dangerous kind of look.
