Whoa, that's pretty cool!   But I was talking about pictures where the image itself moves, not just a with trippy animated layer over the top.

Here's one I saw (not sure how to embed the image sorry):

true - looks great. But  my photo editing programs has only PhotoImpact a gif animator. The choice is not so great.
