I have a headcanon where the blood of Old Valyria is strong in the Force, but, as they've stopped harnessing it since the Doom and the Targaryens taking Westeros, the strength of it diminishes in every generation.So here's an ancient Valyrian Jedi. I imagined her going barefooted everywhere, her platinum hair in long braids and having the characteristic amethyst eyes of her people.

Oops, forgot to say "but it is a great idea" 
I would have thought though that this would not get noticed much, because its GoT and Star Wars together, I like the idea, but I don't know how that would turn out

Yes, I think so too, and that's why in my headcanon the Force is treated as practically non-existant, mostly as myths or legends, just like magic. With the generations going on and the mingling with other Houses the Targaryens' touch with the Force lessens and that's why, in the books/series timeline, everything is going straight to hell
