what material did you use for the body and hair? did you paint on the eyes?

Both plushies are made with felt and some of the details are made with ribbons or painted. And yes, the eyes are painted

How did you manage to paint them so smoothly? I've tried painting on felt and it comes out super woolly. so i had to resort to using other materials instead of felt, which is hard bcos where i live, anything other than felt is very hard to get and expensive too.
Can u give some pointers? please? *hopeful*

Well it's not so complicated, you have to try blending the paint before it dries, what I do is paint the darkest part of the eye first and with a round stick I expand the paint until it blends with the color of the felt, and later do the same with the white paint. I hope you understand me (my english is not so good), will try to make a tutorial soon
