Description
I decided to go back and rework one of my old favorites (see Silo [Pad 2] in my info for the original) for the IDAA contest. Mainly new textures and colors.Update: Added a good amount of stuff. Teeth, text, warning stripes, sharper bevels, misc adjustments.

Someone needs to tell danny here just how hard it is to make good looking industrial metal. You've pulled this off quite well, some incredible work there eric.

Absolutely delicious! I really enjoy the balance of texture to form: it doesn't become overcrowded. The piping in the back and the slight lightspot on the circular area are very smooth, which is an interesting contrast, but almost makes it seem less finished than the rest of the foreground. However, this is very nice. Two thumbs up. I love this design.

Incredible! What a wonderful remix, my only quibble would be the light shining on the glass orb, the source seems a little bright....

what a superb piece....... great metallic feel to it; i did a piece liek this once (not as good_) and it went DD, so good luck to you...
fantastic detail makes this one stand out... my only suggestions is to lose / shrink the black shadows on the emerginf spikes........ its too bulky......

Ah! So you're the one who made that awesome wallpaper! I'v had it on my computer for ages, but I never did know who made it. As always, I am amazed at the detail of the whole thing, and how the hell you managed to do all of this stuff escapes me completely. Tis a damn spiffy looking wallpaper that's going on my desktop for sure.
