I could say a hundred things about this. I'll write the top 3.
1. Incredibly powerful eyes and set lips, great color choices in both with that black hair.
2. I think the way you added the purple over the portion of her hair to the right of the part, makes her look like she's coming out of the rainbow.
3. She looks spooked, and it's a bit eerie feeling.
