What if there's a evolution for Qwilfish? Well, i decided to make one. This is Pufferqwill, the evolution of Qwilfish. The design of Pufferquill is basically a puffer fish but when it's not inflated and unlike its pre-evolve form Qwilfish, Pufferqwill doesn't have pink lips and while it has teeth, pink eyes and fins. Pufferqwill have also had a different color scheme compare to its pre-evolve form. It's based off Shibirefugu the unused evolution for Qwilfish from the Gold & Silver beta (PokeGoldDemo-front_171.png (56×56) (tcrf.net) ). Pufferqwill is a combination of puffer fish and quill.

Pufferqwill's Pokedex entry 1: When Qwillfish is swimming deep in the ocean, it saw a sunken ship and goes inside of it. While looking around, Qwillfish discovered a unseen naval mine and decides to touch it. The naval mine explodes in front of Qwillfish and suddenly it magically evolves into Pufferqwill.

Pufferqwill's Pokedex entry 2: Pufferqwill can inhale water and inflate about the size of a ship, it also shoots out homing poison spines depending its target and it's decent at swimming.

Pufferqwill's Pokedex entry 3: There are rumors about Pufferqwill originally from Johto, it was only seen in long time ago and it was never heard from again. Most people say that it was gone due to Pufferqwill's lack of starvation and this was one of the main reasons why this Pokemon no longer exists.
