This Is The Second Villain That My OC Spider-Squid Comes Across That Is Heavily Based Off Of Alfred Molina's Version Of The Original Character From Marvel; Doctor Octopus.

Story:
In The Erico Splatoon Universe, Dr. Otto Octavius Is A Brilliant Man Who Was Interested In Changing The World And Using Knowledge For The Good Of Mankind As A Gift. After Miles Parker Graduated High School, He Was Given An Oppurtunity To Work With Otto Octavius Who He Was A Big Fan Of. When Miles Met The Genius Doctor, Otto Was Working On An Experiment Where An Unknown Rock From Space Is Re-Used To Enhance & Power The World Even More Then Ever For The Next Future Years To Come.

At One Point When The Experiment Was Being First Tested & Demonstrated To The Public, It Goes Wrong Which Results In Many Spectators Being Killed And Otto's Back Getting Exposed To An Energy Beam Fired From The Astroid Energy Experiment Which Alters & Deforms Otto's DNA & Non-Existant Spine (LOL) Permanently. After That, An Unconcious Otto Was Taken To A Hospital For Surgery As His Back Has Something Strange Going On Inside. That Is Revealed To Be Intelligent Mutant Octopus-Like Tentacles That Jet Out From Otto's Back And Killed The Doctors Performing The Surgery On Him. Waking Up, Otto Is Horrified By His Cursed Fate And Yet Escapes The Hospital & Seeks Refuge In A Abandoned Building On The Outskirts Of Town. The Tentacles That Were Morphed & Merged Into His Back Started To Take Control Of Him The Day After, Which Led To Otto Becoming The Villain Doctor Octopus In Hopes Of Continuing His Past Ambitions By Remaking & Improving His Experiment.

His First Fight With Spider Squid Was At The Bank Where He Needed To Take Money For His Machine And The Web-Slinging Inkling Interfered To Stop Him Which Kinda Failed For Spider-Squid. Later In Their Final Battle, Spider-Squid Attempts To Stop Otto's Machine Which Kinda Ends Badly As The Same Astroid's Power Begins To Go Haywire Destorying The Building Around It And Absorbing Anything From Around The World. Revealing His Identity To His Former Mentor, Miles Is Able To Convince Otto To Stop The Machine & Astroid. Regaining Control Of Himself & Able To Control His Mutant Octopus Arms, Otto Sacrifices Himself To Save Miles & The World From His Mistakes, Resulting In His Possible Death. However, His Body Was Mysterious Gone The Day After With No Traces Left Behind.

Personality:
As Otto Octavius, He Is A Highly Smart Man With His Skills Of Being A Scientist & Researcher Improving & Showcasing His Brilliant Intelligence. He Is Also Bombarded With Curiosity As He Was Focusing On Ways To Improve The World With Ways Of Technology, Astrology, Biology, Etc. He Does Show Some Caring Compassion For Others Especially Miles Parker Whom He Almost Sees As His Own Son Due To The Boy's Own Intelligence.

As Doctor Octopus, Otto Is Heavily Controlled By The Organic Arms That Mutanted Into Him Because Of The Astroid's Unique Energy From His Machine. This Led To Him Becoming More Aggressive As Well As More Miserable, Making Otto Less Of The Octoling Man He Once Was. He Does Share Some Control With The Arms As He Does Want To Try His Experiment Again To Make It Better And Less Dangerous. If Not For Miles Parker, Otto Would've Been Gone Mentally.

My OC Of Otto Octavius Might Also Be Similar To That Of Tobey Maguire's Spiderman, Having Four ORGANIC Arms Instead Of Mechanical Ones Much Like Tobey Who Has Organically-Made Webs Instead Of Mechanical Webshooters
The Reason As Well As Another Inspiration As To Why I Made This Version Of Otto Octavius Was Because Since Octolings Are Technically Octopuses In Splatoon, I Figured That It Would Be Pretty Cool If Doctor Octopus Had A Varient Of Himself From The Multiverse That Was An Octoling And Had Powers More Like That Of An Actual Octopus, Hence The Organic Mutant Four Tentacles My Octoling Octo Octavius Has.
