Then I usually resize it on 'Microsoft Word' and then take a screenshot of it by hitting 'Ctrl + Alt + Prt Scrn' and then pasting that onto paint.
Then, I go to the top bar and click
Image>Flip/Rotate>90
Or hit Ctrl + R and choose to rotate it.
