no catchphrase here!only the most dedicated of mega man fans will recognize this guy! The most annoying of bosses in MM3.
after defeating the eight robot masters, you had to revisit sparkman's, needleman's, shadowman's and geminiman's levels again, though they were completely restructured and there were two bosses per level. Though the two bosses were both dokurobot, he used a different robot masters power from MM2, so it was like fighting the old bosses again, piece of cake right? wrong, it was almost the same except dokurobot was a bit more aggressive and much larger than most of those robot masters from MM2.
why they didn't bring back this characters I don't know... maybe because MM4-MM6, you weren't supposed to know wily was behind everthing... and maybe they just forgot about him in MM7 and 8....
Well, as far as changes go... I totally gave him a design overhaul... his skull is white now, I got rid of the Wily emblem, changed the busters on his back into some sort of energy pack thing-a-merbob, gave him shoulder guards and ear things... a few minor other things that I'm prolly missing.
I also took the pictures of the original MM2 robot masters and pasted them over my drawing... so I didn't draw them, I just turned them all blue and somewhat invisable...
Why are his eyes and mouth purple I wonder...

I like the name Dokurobot because it is a pun on the words skull and robot (the joke was lost when his name was changed to Doc Robot).

Funny thing is, I drew something similar today. I want to make an Ariga version of Doc Man. (Name someone else dubbed him...I like it better than Doc Robot.)

so, it's either doc robot or skull bot

I find it funny since Skull Man appears in the next game. His distant brother maybe? XD

Having DokuroBot was very stressing on the devolpers for making an extra 4 stages almost doubled the storage size.
So they forgoe'd him in place of more enemies and power-ups.
But they could have had him been in the Wily Stages.
But don't get me started on Spark Man lvl. Enhanced. That was horrible.
Also, why just the previous 2? why not have to fight all the bosses from previous games.

actually, I think it'd be cool if he had all the powers at once of all the similar robot masters, like one had elecman's, sparkman's, cloudman's, dynamoman's and so on's powers... that'd be fun!^^

Psycho-bot. Has alot of one type of weapon but can't control which one he uses... that'd be awesome.
It'd be near impossible to defeat, but awesome as hell to fight.
