Hundreds of miles from the Varsian coast, in the middle of the Shimmerglens, sat a sea going ship. No one knew how it got there or where it was from. The only one who may have known was the captain, long dead, still in his uniform holding a silver gobblet in one hand, and maps in the other. No one knew of any lands the maps had charted, nor the langage they were written in.
