Okay, I volunteered to post this for my good friend Angeli, since she doesn't want to create an account because of the age rule. mind you angeli, i'm talking good things about you

Artist's Note Thing: Why hello people. I'm 's friend who somehow got FORCED TO GIVE THIS TO HER BECAUSE 's EMAIL DIDN'T WORK...but all's well that ends well~...(did that make sense?) 8D. Call me Arin.
So yeah. About this picture. Blame . Ever since I downloaded Paint Tool SAI under her epic supervision, she's being trying (and succeeding) to get me to colour stuff...don't ask how, I don't know.
Also, while I was colouring it, my computer hung. I had everyone 'cept France (gaah screw him. May his eyes be eaten by maggots.), Germany, and Italy done. So I mourned. Post-mourning, I searched for the lineart (by ~Kjbionicle ) and coloured again, leaving out France. (Gaah screw him. May he die in fires fueled by vodka.).
