Description
Once I drew Leif and Thorn as characters in a Gem AU , the laws of fandom dictated that I had to draw their fusion.Sapphire + Pearl = the lovely Keyite! Their weapon is an extra-bladey sword/shears combination. For the poses, I looked up ballet duos, then, to make Keyite, just drew all four legs on the same body.

The sword design is pretty good. I would just get rid of the two guard things on either side of the blade (or at least make them smaller). They add quite a bit of unnecessary weight.

The weapon is a fusion between Thorn's sword and Leif's gardening shears, so it has to have parts from both!
Flashy design is more important than weight when it comes to Gem weapons -- especially since Gems are super-strong, so it's not impractical to have an overly-heavy sword.

I guess that works. I'd still downsize the shears and maybe angle them downwards more, but that's just my aesthetic preference.
