Description So, the next tutorial was about using the paint brush tool with a "Real Pencil" type of brush to make character sketches. Then using a special soft eraser to lighter the sketches so you can make a more detailed drawing. As I was already using a drawing that I had done with pencil and paper, I decided to upload the drawing. The tutorial was teaching things that I usually have to do for pencil and paper drawings anyway, so there isn't much difference.

Good things I did learn from the tutorial were: How to Soft Erase
How to Rotate the workspace with "R"

This is Destiny.

The detail from my friend says that "she has a Doctorate in Anthropology and works for an interdimensional secret organization. She is sent out to explore new worlds, universes and dimensions and send as much information from these places back to the organization for their files in case they need to send future operatives to these locations. Her goal for her next adventure will be to explore the world that the DM created and learn and document as much as she can to send back to the organization. She is a re-skinned gnome (She is not a gnome, but she will use the gnome stats to make it easier for the DM) and she is a re-skinned Cleric (She doesn't use magic, she uses technology, but all the spells are going to be the same)". There is a lot more detail that he sent, but I'm not putting that here.

It is this picture that I am going to continue to use and hopefully improve through Photoshop. I already am seeing the advantages that Photoshop has over hand pencil art. So, I am excited to see what more I can eventually do with Destiny. I purposefully didn't finish the picture because I wanted to use it in Photoshop, so there isn't any actual shading done. I am very happy with how she turned out though and I am really excited to see what she will look like once I understand photoshop better.

Not super pleased with the gun, but with photoshop I can try to redesign it. Quickly sketched the First-Aid box just to have something to fill the void and make it clear that she has medical experience. May move it closer or get rid of it all together. Still debating.
