This is my favorite of all your works. I really love how the torsos come out of the trees and how its so seamless. The limited color palette gives it a bleak feeling, but I love it.

Spectacularly creepy. I've looked at this picture and realized just how awesome the concept of numerous stony headless bodies forming out of the ground is- if I pretty much have that concept correct.

Can you explain how you approached this? I really love your use of filters and styles. I'm definitely going to follow you to see the rest of your works.

I basically took photos of the landscape, trees and persons, and then blended the layers together with various modes such as "Overlay".. I use pretty simple techniques for the most part.. Then it's photos of different kinds of texture on top of everything.. Dodging and burning.. No filters. I started with simple techniques, and the sophistication that followed through the years is for the most part just due to an increased number of objects/layers.

great piece! By playing with light and darkness you really created a great atmospherer, which looks quite realistic (although it's clearly surreal). The parts of the picture were background and figures seem to melt are especially interesting to me. Really well done!
