Description She was born from a request by someone close to me. She's Valerie, a little girl that can change into a tiger. She's back and this time she's showing that she has a handle on her ability. She wants to be a little mischievous this time.

Feels like it's missing something, so maybe I'll go back and do some more with this. But either way, here she is.
