Kinda what I did for Libra I did for Sebastian along with getting used to his new and old characteristics. I never played much with his personality in drawings so I thought I'd do that.The big picture on the top right is supposed to show how in this new canon Ohatsuu and Sebastian don't know each other. They may never even meet, so I thought of a scene where they pass each other on the street and don't know who the other is.
Other things are just a couple expressions including a cameo of 's Ryordin handing with Sebastian. Oh, and the weird on of him on the bottom right is because he's a dragon now... long story I'm sure nobody wants to read here.

Amazing job on the expressions.
Sebastian feels like a real person, you really give so much depth to him in your drawings.
"Can I put some clothes on?" That face is hilarious. It makes me smile, I love the face he's making.
I also really like the scene up top... it's just such a nice composition.
I think it'd look really nice if you made it big and colored it.
Heck I'm just gonna ramble for a minute but I really would like to see you try making a comic.
Maybe just one page, doesn't have to be over complicated. Heck it could be just a few panels.
But seriously you have got a good grasp of making characters fit the mood/emotions of whats going on.
I think you'd be pretty amazing at making comics.
This page is great, I love it and I love what your doing with your character.
I wouldn't mind knowing more about how he's became a dragon, I think it sounds interesting.

I don't know about coloring the scene, I feel like it's actually pretty wonky the way it's put together, but maybe that's me being too self-critical and stuff. But, I also know it's not too bad considering all the stuff I crammed into it trying to make it look significant. Good thing though is that the file is actually really large so I could do alot... hmm, this is an interesting prospect the more I think about it. I would draw up a comic after what you've said. I just never really did it even though I play out so many scenes in my head. I'm gonna try it sometime. Maybe on Monday I'll scrawl something in my book since I have a few ideas both new and old.
Sebastian needs the development and the attention. He's one of my main characters, but I haven't doted on him enough. I'm going to do some more, of course.
I'll tell you about the dragon thing in a note, because a decent explanation it gonna be a sizable chunk.
