Even though you reference Daniela as your inspiration, something still sits wrong with me about this getting a DD. Maybe because the composition is so darned similar, even to the point of the upper left corner and the hair being red and trailing off the same way. Had I made a piece inspired by that specific piece, I would've perhaps worked from the concept but not mimicked it so closely.
It's beautiful work, but as one very sensitive to art theft and plagiarism, this is just a little too similar for me to be a total fan. Especially since you hadn't originally credited her, as I read in the comments.

i agree with everything you say, basically it is a great piece of skill but the similarities are striking.
It does surprise me that a DD would be given but wait,... here comes somebody with the old 'Postmodernism' argument
