Hey folks, just a little something to entertain ya'll with while I'm rendering comics (DD and Sen). Its also a small plug for my buddy Ghostman who made two beautiful double-barrel shotguns, one sawed-off (check Laila). The other one is on the table and I'll make another render tomorrow with that one.Other than that no other news, except that I'm really pleased with the renders coming in forΒ Sen's comic !!!

yeah Ive seen people do some dumb things, but I'm convinced with the right stance and grip that someone of laila's size could manage the recoil

Just experience is really all that's needed, allowing your arm to recoil from the elbow rather than the wrist for example. Years ago I got to shoot an old Ithaca Autoburglar, a factory made 20 gauge double barrel sawed-off handgun. It was a real rip in the shorts! Hand stinging but fun as hell!Β

yeah her locked elbow might not help there. Lol have you ever tried those big 50 Cal Colt revolvers? Apparently you can book an appointment with the physiotherapist straight after shooting 6 rounds.

I have an older Scoped Thompson Center Contender chambered for .444 Marlin, recoil is heavy but manageable. It's fun to shoot, but not too often. Once I let one of my inexperienced friends shoot it, he was very slightly built, but with wry muscles. After watching my other friends shoot it, one of whom brushed himself on the forehead with the scope, Todd took his turn. He took the TC in a rigid death grip, I thought for sure he would break fingers or something when it went off cause he was holding it so tight. To everyone's surprise, when it went off, the pistol barely moved, it was like it had been held in a machine vise. Todd hand hurt, and it swelled up that day, but he was fine a few days later. I am absolutely amazed at how much energy he soaked. It was loaded with 300 gr bullets at about 2300 Fps, cranking out aroundΒ 3500 Ft-lbs at the muzzle, from a handgun. And it is certainly not the most powerful handgun around by any means! A 12 Ga handgun should be putting out around 1200 - 1500 Ft-lbs, about 3-3.5 times the energy of a .45 ACP 1911. Β
So yeah, folks can soak most anything, and experience can be a big teacher. Locked elbows can help the inexperienced, but then that's not Laila. Silly me for thinking that!Β

You know, it's always been a treat to me that Lali is ambidextrous. I suppose I'm easily entertained. The shotguns are a treat but is the revolver a Webley or an Enfield or something I've never heard of? I think it's very cool as well. As I said, easily entertained.

yeah she needs to be ambidextrous with her line of work. I also train strong hand / weak hand as they call it. Its a fun challenge.

If you're talking about Xtina, she's not a control freak, just a nerd that is insecure about sex. Lali is probably much more a control freak, she loves controlling situations
