An interesting choice with the dress. Empress cut? Well, I shouldn't try to sound like I know what I am talking about when its a guess. Nice shimmer with it and as mentioned by Animator 480, a good flow here. The implication of dance from ripples in the dress, her pose and the swirling musical notes say action without the use of any motion lines. Great use of black and white to help define the different materials, from the sequin of the top to the shine on her shoes that also define, or at least implied to my eye, cute bows there.
