Believe it or not, this one I actually made for myself! *cue gasp*
I haven't actually made myself a manip for a very long time, I'm always making orders or trades. :3
The idea here is that the horse's hair is turning into butterflies. I've had this idea for a while and was dying to put it into action! I'm, overall, quite happy with this one.

It's simple, but it's supposed to be ~
