This reminds me of Lord of the Rings: Return of the King. With the ghost kin. The glowing effect is amazing!

Lugal means " KING "...its a sumerian word. Does this character has connection to sumerians?

Wow, you are the real keen eye.
And Sumerians...Yes, it is. We were so careful with history -and our game is based on real history-, but of course we tried to create a different approach. And I guess, we did something really "new".
Our author, YiΔit DeΔer Bengi is the main reason of the success of the game. The most important role here is hisbecause he created a new world which feeds from the real history.
Like in this example(lugal), I know he was so careful with the other names. Every name that he gave to our units had a special meaning and they were exactly have some serious reasons to be in that way.

This really caught my attention when I saw it. I believe this is the piece that made me watch you, as I am not too familiar with the rest of your gallery before it.
As with most of the rest of the world, I like the color blue over most others (that exception being African countries which love hot pink for reasons that escape me right now...) so when I saw this it immediately jumped at me.
It is also in part to the nature of his and his steeds daring and brash posing. It's as if both were challenging some unseen antagonist, or even the viewer/audience. The character seems to have some power, presumed or otherwise, and is just flaunting it to either quell aggressors from challenging him, or the complete opposite of brazenly showing his intentions of garnering a worthy opponent. The tilting of his head is very mocking in nature, coupled with his arms wide exposing his pumped and puffed out chest, just daring the viewer. His trusty steed gets in on this feeling by posing more like an arrogant show-pony, rather than being on the defensive.
I really like the wispy ghostlike rippons surrounding both of them. This adds to the otherworldy feel, other than the obvious subject matter. The horse-thing has a rather interesting look, as he looks more like water or some viscous fluid rather than anything more substantial, as in the dead knight riding his back which appears to quite solid.
Both have nice armor designs, albeit a bit too ambiguous and mismatched in places. The upperarm armor doesn't seem to match the forearm armor, and neither match the leg armor. Other parts such as the crown seem more organic as opposed to the more hand-crafted parts like the aforementioned armor. Also the steeds lower armor near the shoulder perplex me as I have a hard time deciphering what is going on exactly. I think the individual pieces look very good, but maybe don't work so well together. One part I really like, however, is the steeds head adornment, as it seems highly intimidating.
To round it out, I like the surreal background. It helps keep the focus on the characters, but helps this transcend from being just a character study to higher art.
I see a lot of skill displayed here, and will continue to enjoy amazing works from you! Completely !
