I think that it's actually not so much that the shoulders are too large as that her head/neck are too small. the neck begins too far to the right, so it makes her right shoulder look too large XDDDDDDD

I think you misunderstand, the 'queen' is, in fact, a woman. I like drawing trim women though, and even Heiye's sister/female self would go to the gym
