This is a beautiful picture, and I love the bird in this one.
As usual, I'm a sucker for paintings including fruits. I think they make the setting look more colorful and alluring.
This one looks like a metaphoric food chain to me. Hamsters and a small bird hiding from a large hawk in a bow full of their preferred food, whereas it almost looks as if the cherries are hiding behind that stem from the hamsters and bird.
The color in this one is very cheerful as well.
