Tyler Perry isn't the 1st live action actor for Baxter. It was this mystery guy named Jack Scott and it was unfortunately tmnt coming out of their shells.despite it being dumb he still counts as a Stockman and apparently the 3rd Caucasian one. So not only he is the the 1st live action Baxter but he's also the 1st white one. Coolio foolio. He's a great Baxter.
1: cus he doesn't sing.
2: funny and crazy. seriously he is the most insane out of all the Baxter Stockmans.

You definitely got his apparent craziness down! Interesting you gave him black hair; it looked blondish-brown to me. And technically he did sing; he got so caught up in Michelangelo's Cowabunga song that he sang and danced to it for one line. LOL. That was probably my favorite part, especially since the 87 one is so close to Michelangelo in my verse.

To what I noticed his hair is grayish black even the wiki says it is, I don't blame it for being that color this guy has to be the most insane out of all the Baxter Stockmans especially that laugh imagine hearing that at night alone 0-0 & really? must've not seen that. I skipped to his & Shredder's parts to.

Huh, interesting. I'll have to take another look. And yeah, it would totally freak any sane person out to hear that laugh! LOL. The singing part happens right after the Cowabunga song, about 35 minutes in, I think. And like the 87 Baxter, he sings on-key.

I found it delightfully cheesy, but I often like things everyone else hates.
