Description
Done in Photoshop CS with Wacom tabletThought I submit a little something for Harry Potter. Im a Huge fan and sad to see it come to a close.
He who must not be named. I went by the books description more so than I did the movie. The description comes from HP and the Goblet of Fire. I thought the Scarlet red Eyes were better than human eyes.
Ill guess Ill say it! Voldemort! Its not like its jinxed or something...
Wait what was that? Hmm probably Nargals.

I do like Ralph Fiennes's appearance as Lord Voldemort, but I increasingly feel that he was too human in the film adaptations. I understand the necessity of giving him a more human appearance so that he is more eerie to behold, but Voldemort was barely human anymore by the time of the present-day of the HP series. His body was too thin, his limbs too long, his face too serpentine to be identified as a human anymore. So many Horcruxes had left his body and soul in a barely human state, so a more serpentine Lord Voldemort would have shown just how soulless he'd become compared to how he started out.

I am in complete agreement. Voldemort rendered himself sub-human in an attempt to become more than human. He was a true monster from the inside-out, something that the films failed to reflect properly.ย

I agree totally. I was not happy with Deathly Hallows part 2. The books final battle scene was absolutely perfect and the movie missed its chance to recreate something epic.

for the record not only would this have made the movis more interesting .. but i would have actually looked over all the flaws they had when v.s. with the books if he looked even Half this bad ass

Yeah it would have been cooler. I actually saw movies 1-6 first before I read any books. I read the last book before I saw the movies. I do like the books so much more but I love the movies too despite their differences. The only two things I gripe about when it's the book vs the movies is
1. The end of deathly hallows part 2 really should have taken place in the great hall like the book.
2. Also the end credits of deathly hallows part 2 should have had a tribute of sorts to all the movies. I dunno if you've ever seen lethal weapon 4 but something like the end of that movie.

i think the same, the book description was better, even the face of voldemort in the movie ยดHP1 was more suittable for the description of the books, and i love the classic shot of hotwarts in the background
