Its always raining, thats England for you! <3Arthur Kirkland, from 'Hetalia: Axis Powers', is putting up with instructions from Navi XD I couldnt resist, he is blond, wears green and talks to fearies!
i havent digitally coloured using the stylus for years so my hands are crippled (thank goodness for being ambidextrous or it would be worse lol)
Also i spent the afternoon speed painting it, i used Corel Painter 8.For *poppy-cock sorry it isnt Iceland or Alfred (Arthur is my fav tho)

I would love to see all the other nations reactions when he finally snaps and starts screaming obscenities at "nothing". However I 'm sure Japan and America would be more understanding if they knew the fairy thats harassing him is the one from the Zelda video games .
