You know, it almost looking like panties BEFORE the transformation, but maybe that's because he's young. Love the bloomers, though. I'm sure he won't! XD

"Also the first time the underwear covers MORE after it changes."
Actually I believe these would be far too skimpy for any proper young Victorian lady to wear. They'd probably go up to the waist and cover more of the thighs. Not that I'm complaining!

Just curious. What was the first drawing where you drew bloomers?

Ah! So I didn't miss it. Sounds like an "interesting" costume.
I'm eagerly looking forward to more Victorian underwear.

Ah, bloomers. You just don't see enough of them in TG material. Heck, you don't really see them much at all. It makes it difficult to create a solid opinion about them.

This reminds me strongly of Girl Genius [link] , the webcomic by Phil and Kaja Foglio. It's a steam-punk, alternate past graphic novel staring Agatha Heterodyne. It's extremely funny, well-written, and fairly dark at times. If you don't already read it, I bet you'd like it a lot.

Sometimes, you don't have to show a lot of skin to look good.
