When the Rowdyruff Boys were revived by Him they would only have it much more rough afterwards with not only the Powerpuff Girls but also with life as well. Unlike Mojo Jojo, Him never really cared about hospitality at all to the Rowdyruff Boys after he recalled them in Season 5 Episode 6 following their defeat by the Powerpuff Girls after they exploited a new weakness to beat them. The Boys had to resort to stealing food and water in order to survive while Him basically kept his place to himself while also defending themselves from the Powerpuff Girls who threaten their very ability to survive. The only place they used as a shelter was Fuzzy Lumpkins hut but only when Fuzzy himself was dealt with (he was gagged with duct tape as seen in Season 5 Episode 9, Bubble Boy), but even then it wasn't enough for them...

The only time Mojo was aware of the boys return was in Season 6 Episode 7A, Custody Battle when he saw the boys at the park accompanied by Him (even though he doesn't really take care of them), but even then due to their revived (and downgraded) personalities they didn't recognize him. After that episode, the boys had it with their arguing over custody rights and took to Townsville themselves on one goal that resinated with both of them; to destroy the Powerpuff Girls.

But in my AU it wouldn't be exactly the case as something would happen during their fight against the Powerpuff Girls that would ultimately cause the boys to be harshly abandoned by both of their fathers and being forced to fend for themselves without any hospitality from either of them while they struggle to grasp with what they would be enduring physically and mentally.

As the days passed while alone and cold on the streets of Townsville the boys would only wonder and worry on where did they go wrong and question why were they ever created in the first place if they were only treated as bio-weapons. The answer would only be elusive along with their chances of survival as a whole with their new and unexpected experiences and actions beforehand that would only cause prolonged doubt, confusion, and hesitation in all three of them, especially within their hearts.

The only thing that could happen would be their capture by the Powerpuff Girls and terminal defeat as their super-powered lives would be cut short due to not only their own wrongdoings and mistakes but also thanks to Mojo Jojo and Him's cruelties. Or is it possible that fate would smile on the boys instead and be found by someone who is not affiliated with either of them and is more considerate and loving than their own fathers, especially in their time of need?
