She has stepped down from the heavens to once again repel evil with her solar disk and the power to paint the world. Sun goddess Amaterasu is here.
For the longest of time Ive been wanting to make an Ammy fanart. I love this game, its one of my absolute favorites and Ive played some 400 games through the years. Haha. The adventure, the style, the story everything is just so unique, beautiful and gripping.
And I must say Im so friggin proud of her! Ive never made a wolf before, so Im so happy I manage to make this head wich I really like. Also the body prooved to be so much harder than I had expected, but thats cause Im very used to equine anatomy, canine however is different and it took a while for me to grasp it, but in the end Im super happy. <3

Ammy is a posable art doll - neck, legs and tail can be posed. She is completely handmade by me, sculpted, casted, painted, furred (she even has fluff in her ears), trimmed and sealed. Solar disk is made of super sculpey and can be removed. She is OOAK (one of a kind).

She is beautiful! Love how she is surveying her realm with a look of serene satisfaction.
(And yet, I can see that expression being one of puppy-like playfulness, just by posing her differently. Front paws stretched out before her, head low, butt and tail in the air, ready to romp.)

The short fur is a little odd for a canine, but you blended the chest fur in very well.

The body/haunches - it's probably more that the length of fur there is so different from what's on the neck and tail. The length would be somewhere in-between those two. The tail fur probably wouldn't be so long either, but it made a nice effect on the doll
Of course since it's a fictional character there isn't necessarily a 'wrong' or 'right' way, I just thought I'd give some thoughts!

Okay I see, cause I was checking wolfs upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia… was wondering what you meant by to short. XD But as you say this is a fictional character and I wasnt aiming to make her a real wolf in the least. I made this decision to give her long mane and tail simply because I like it. Also Ammy is a goddess, no wolf, she just take that form.

Haha yes, Ive found out that canine creatures are a lot of fun~ And its totally ok! I just have a thing for really fluffy manes on animals, thats why I also make my uniqorns with them. Cant have to much fluff!!!!

Yes!! Having another would be great... I just played Okamiden for the first time last year because I got a DS from my coworker... it's fun but just not the same. I like being able to play on a full console, and Ammy just can't be beat
