A.K.A.:Galaxys "Pissed off" Form.Well,Im getting better.The fever is dropping.
So I thought I had to finish this sprite,which I've been doing before getting sick.Yeah,Its been a while since I did a sprite.
Its based on this design:[link]
I changed some things about the design of this form:The "disk things" on the shoulders are shorter now.
Also,no tentacles.
Not because Ill remove them from the final design,but because It was a pain in the ass to try to add tentacles around the arms in this sprite!
So,heres a cheap excuse:The tentacles are retractible...yeah,thats it,he can grow or un-grow them
But knowing myself,I might add them later anyway
Man,I missed to do sprites! I should do some of Manatwo,CeleB and such.

I am going to create a form of Deoxys as the main legendary of a region i'm creating and the name ,Galaxys' gave me the idea of a name, the name of the new form of deoxys is........................ Universus.
The Legend of my unnamed region says the following: Arceus used to try to create the universe, but he hadn't enough power.
Deoxys used to transform to universus, and together they created the universe.

Galaxys is actually the perfect form of Deoxys.A mix of Attack,Defense and Speed...it is the Perfect Pokemon,and only a creature as perfect as Galaxys can stand against itself.Arceus? Maybe...

What does the scouter say about his power level?!
Outline looks about choppy in a few places, but that's because of the height limitations (as well as the bizarre colours choices GameFreak made for Deoxys...)

I found the solution for that! just upload them in the Fan Art Section! and DONT use a CC license.That way the reports are useless,because by choosing Fan Art you clearly state its not yours

LOL, I kind of figured that was why you didn't add the tentacles... Definitely would've been a pain.
Certainly didn't take away from the quality of this sprite, though; amazingly detailed either way.
