pokerus doesn't have anything to do with Deoxy like in this pic, it's a rare virus that your pokemon can get through various means, it's actually good thing it boosts up your stats & make them level up faster & like a virus it can infect the whole team but it doesn't last long so do the smart thing & if you have it give it to one pokemon and then store them in the box so you can keep it & infect others later. A Nurse Joy will tell you if you got it or not.
